How People Network Consultancy has developed
PNC was founded in 1998 by Robert Labe to provide a customer-personalised, best-value and prompt consultancy service to SMEs. Commissions came in purely by word-of-mouth referral and by recommendation.
Consultancy was delivered on the principle of forming associations with like-minded consultants to network with, sharing large workloads and forming partnerships for specific projects as and when needed.
This was a busy market. Many businesses did not need or want their own HR teams and the extent of assignments coming in to PNC and the demand for additional services such as recruitment and business development consultancy, meant that Robert could no longer operate as a single entity and during 2015 a PNC Partnership was formed. Robert approached a trusted fellow professional of some 24 years with a view to expanding PNC and shortly afterwards, Nick Rance became a co-Senior Partner to take on larger contracts. In 2016 another partner was taken on to lead the PNC Recruitment Service as that required a dedicated person to cope with the demand.
During 2016 PNC will expand its remit further by designing and setting up a Free School that is underpinned by PNC as a business and through other partner companies particularly Body Aid Solutions Ltd. as a health & wellbeing sponsor for the School.
